LG VX-9400

well i would probably love this phone for the live tv so i could get rid of my 8185. i use that and my location free player for live tv. Theres only one problem i garentee i8 wont get this phone if it has verizons S#$* UI but if it has its own UI i might get it. I ALSO HATE VERIZON!!!!!!!!!!!

im sure it will have the UI...get over it, or just don't get the phone, either way...no one cares.

I "swing" or "rotate" would be more accurate than "slide", IMO.

If you read my post, then you realize my point was that Im not a fan of the final end point of the screen, regardless of how getting to that end point is achieved.

If you hate this phone so much then why are you even in here!! We really dont care about your opinion is if all you have to say is that you dont like it! You probably have not even seen it in person..so until then why dont u keep your opinions to yourself!

I have a right to share my opinion just like every one else...Just because I don't like it, doesnt mean I should be banned from the forum. I wasn't even really hating on the phone, i just said I don't like the way sliders can get in your way when you are texting...which is a valid criticism.

And why do I need I need to see it in person to comment? I have an excellent idea of what this phone will be like from the pics. Seriously, I'm not some idiot teenager on here to make trouble.

Why do you need to see it in person to comment? Because what you are commenting on does not make sense if you actually saw the phone in person. I have seen it, and I have played with one.

First off, the screen does not slide. It rotates clockwise. Do you call the Sidekick from T-Mobile a slider? Both displays on both phones rotate. There is zero sliding involved. When I turn the steering whell on my car, it's not sliding, but rotating. Same thing here. But if you saw the phone in person, you'd realize that.

Also, the keypad is actually pretty big and VERY easy to text on. The screen is not sitting right on top of the keypad and there is plenty of space to type out your text messages. Again, this is something you'd realize if...

yes the screen is a swivel, and easily swivels with one hand. Excellent screen. The store manager told me that, although it hasn't officially launched yet in Atlanta, it already has been working on his LG VX9400.

And what exactly are you contributing? What information of substance have you actually posted on this phone? "I don't like sliders." Holy crap! How insightful!
