Did this come with Backup Assistant installed or able to get?
I had the U620 for a week and it did not have it available so I am curious if the one 9400 I ordered will.

I also have this phone, and it did not have it installed when I received it. I went to Get in Now on phone, and clicked get new app. Backup Assistant was there, clicked on it to download, and have had no problems. After download it will ask if you want to run program. Also, the program and all backups are free if you have a VZ "My Account"

Backup assistant doesn't come pre-installed on any phones, because it is a getitnow feature.
