PLEASE HELP!

I was adding some themes on my Pearl and now when I did the device manager, apparently I deleted something I shouldn't have and now when I try to use anything on my media, it says it cannot display it. PLEASE HELP!!!

Also it has removed the Personal Email Set up from my icon list on the home screen as well as it will not let me go to the "help" section at all. Is there any website or something I can do to restore it to the original? Please let me know!!!
