Help: Does anyone know how to reset a Pearl to factory settings?
Yes, it's a complete "WIPE" of the system though, and that includes any software you've loaded and any "synch" stuff. To do so...
1. Options
2. Security Options
3. General Settings
4. Then click the blackberry button, next to the green phone...
5. Choose "Wipe Handheld"
6. Follow instructions and key in "blackberry"
7. Select
This will wipe everything (ALL DATA) from the phone and return to "fresh out of the box" status. Reload software and/or synch to PC and you're all set.
