HELP Please!!!
I just got my Pearl today and am so excited about getting to know its many features, but so far, I'm not having the best of luck. ☹️ I downloaded PocketMac in order to sync my phone, but I also have a pc. Can someone please tell me how I transfer MP3's from my PC to my phone? I've been looking everywhere and reading through the forums and it seems that everyone knows how to do it but me. By the way, I also have the sync software for my PC. Whichever is easier, can someone please help me out?? Thanks.

The easiest way is to get a memory card and put them on that instead of the phone itself. Just remember that the Pearl has to format the card first before it will read the info on it which will wipe the card clean, so format it before you add stuff to it.
Use the sync software for the PC. I've had nothing but complaints from customers using MACs. Start up the software and then attach the usb cable to the phone. The phone will ask if you want to use mass storage mode, say yes, and use the media manager to add the Mp3s to your memory card.
If you want to use an Mp3 as your ringtone just go into the media folder, choose the ringtones folder, pick the folder where it's saved (device memory or memory card), highlight the one you want, hit...

Thanks so much. I was finally able to get some songs transferred from my PC, but have yet to figure out how to do it from my MAC which holds most of my songs of course. Another thing I was wondering about...I'm getting my email, text messages, and call log in my "Message" folder (icon). Is that normal? They are also going to their correct files too, though.
