MP3 Problem
Has anyone experienced problems with the MP3 feature on this phone? Just about every time I push the music note button and then hit the silver key in the middle of the menu it gives me a message "Memory card has an unrecognised format! Reformatting will erase all data. Reform now?" When I push the "no" key it takes me to my Music which shows no music in All Music files, 13 under Recent Music (I believe these are the 13 songs that I've played on this phone so far), and then 13 under Most Played Music. When I get down to Recent Music and hit the silver button it gives me each of my songs and I hit the silver button to play the first one and it says "This file does not exist." I MUST be doing something wrong! PLEASE HELP!

I have the same problem. It only happens after I turn the phone off and then back on again with the memory chip already in the phone. If you take out the memory chip and put it back in (with the phone on) the phone will find it and read it. It is a pain, but at least it works. I wonder how many people actually format the chip like it tells you to and erase all of their data!

yoo i have the same problem just got a mini sd....works fine except when you turn the phone off and then back on it doesnt recongize until you take it out and put it back in while the phone is on?? what is wrong??? do we need new firmware or formatting???
