unable to receive texted pics and videos
so.. i'm wondering what the specs are on receivable incomming picture and video texts.
it seems like about half of the picture texts i receive i just get a blank screen, I cant see the picture at all. am wondering why that is.. am guessing that the pic is too big to receive, but want to know what the size limits are?

it seems like a network issues. some of my friends have had the same trouble with their phones so contact att, better go to an att owned store.

thanks for the suggestion. I went in to the ATT store today, and its apparently a known issue from verizon customers. I just have to save the picture I cant see, and then it magically appears. wouldn't have figured it out without the suggestion to go into the store, so thanks again.
