I think the guy who gave this phone the horrible rating on this phone is absolutely CRAZY!!
If you're looking for Cingy's best phone, at the best price then nothing compares to the Sync! The cu500 is great, but you have to be kidding me to think that it's better than the Sync!

I agree. No phone is perfect and they all have their own flaws but you will always get super great and super horrible reviews on any product. You have to throw out the the extreme reviews on either end and go from there.
The a707 is a very good phone. It needs another firmware revision or two but hopefully it will get there.
