okay so..on the commercials for this phone, it says its only $49.99, but when i go on the web site and type in my zip code, it tells me its $149.99. which price is right?

BOTH are right! The upfront cost is $149.99. There is a $100 mail in rebate, that knocks it down to $49.99! Simple!

However, If you buy the phone, and do not get the cingular video option (20 dollars a month) The phone becomes $170 with a $100 mail in rebate, and the rebate comes as 2 $50 mastercards. Definitly worth the money!!

Just got mine today, upgraded from another phone that i had with cingular. Cost me 83.00 out the door and i got a 50.00 mail in rebate. 33.00 for a nice phone, cant go wrong there. also got a free bundle kit, i.e. car charger and a bluetooth headset for free and a case at my choosing for free too.

This phone is crap! I only had this phone for a week and the external display fail apart.
Cingular will not replace it either. You are STUCK with it!
