Yes, it's the same cable. Go to Menu/Settings/Connectivity/Select USB Mode. Choices are Media Player, PC Studio or Ask on Connection.
Media Player - will be detected as a portable music player in apps like MusicMatch
PC Studio - will work for the other apps in the PC Studio software including using it as a modem
Ask on Connection - lets you choose which one when you connect to the PC
