USB connection to XP
Connecting with USB cable (Cingular ) PC does not recognize device. Installed PC Studio 3 and tried to connect phone is not recognized. Help !

I just got a cable I ordered over e-bay (.30 cents!) but the driver disk i got w/ it doesn't list the a707. If you figure out how to get usb working please let me know. i'll do same for u.
p.s. if you have a disk with the right drivers perhaps you could send me a copy.

Software that I am using is downloadable from "Samsung .com " which is PC Studio 3.0. which is supposed to be the most current version of the drivers and such.

I fixed it.. problem was too many usb accesories plugged into laptop. Drained too much power, manbe 'cause phone also charges while plugged into usb. Anyway i got a 1gb mem. card that is a LOT easier aned faster. BTW, I dont think you have latest version of sotware. go to SaMSUBG SITE, OR JUST GOTO update in the softwaree. (reccomended). i had latest version, but update still loaded fixes....later, Larry
