Speaker volumn never loud enough

Can I get some help in adjusting speaker volumn - even changing the profile to outside does not help - and I'm not even a crumudgeon. Just cant seem to hear it well enough without plugging ears. Is there also a way to quickly change over to spaekerphone?

I agree, it's too quiet. I'm trying to figure it out how to modify it in the service menu but no luck so far (Service menu: Dial *#0523# (wait), then: #, #, #, #, 8, 2, 2, 1 --> Dunno what to do here).
