HTC Wing / P4350 (Herald)

Anyone know anything about a Nintendo emulator on Windows Mobile 6? Is there one out there? Is anyone developing anything? It may help me decide what phone I buy.

Has anyone found a good way to overclock the wing to fix the slowness

I was really excited when this phone was released. Now, I'm disappointed because the equivalent phone by HTC was just released for Sprint and the processor is double the speed. I want to stay with T-Mobile. Why the stronger processor delay?

is it possible to watch youtube and other sites like blinkx and megavideo on the wing. im tryin to find out cause im thinking bout getting the wing or goin wif the curve which ever will allow me to do so.

My MDA is starting to whig out on me, so I figured I'd take the big leap forward and get the Wing.

Some issues that scare me are:

1. I have alot of after market programs (ie SPB products and The Core Media Player) and I wanna know in advance if I will have any problems getting these programs to run on Windows Mobile 6 or 6.1.

2. I'm a right handed person, is it a big deal to switch from right to left and did anyone get used to it ?

3. T-Mobile wants one for like $450 if I upgrade w/o a 2 year extension. Does anyone know of a cheaper deal or someone selling them brand new right out of the box ?

4. Any surprises that I should know of ? (For people who have gone from MDA to the Wing.)

I boot it up and I get the screen "tap the screen to set up" and it doesnt respond when I tap it.
I press the spacebar is says press cancel then unlock (the phone is locked?)

Sorry guys. I was rereading my last post. Does the wing have true GPS? I know about the live search, but I wanted to know if I can buy a 3rd party app, can I input a address, and get turn by turn directions.

I am considering getting a wing, since I currently have a POS sidekick 3. I have a 2 GB card full of music that I bought when I had a Sprint Touch. Can I use that card on a Wing from Tmo? Also does the wing support stereo bluetooth? And what about 3rd party apps? I see all sorts of apps on Handago, but do they work? If I'm going to spend the money, can the Wing be used as a multimedia phone and PDA? Any advice would be appriciated.

How can I download movies to my wing?

1. burning dvds to computer to phone?
2. place where i can buy movies to play on phone?

The speakerphone, from a scale of 1-10, 1 being super low, and 10 being super loud, where does it rate? Same question for ringtone loudness. Also, for setting a ringtone from a scale from 1-10, how does it rate. 1 being (my 12 year old can do it) 10 being (im gonna smash this phone into a thousand pieces)

You CAN use Micro SDHC cards with the Wing. I have a 6GB card in it, and it works just fine.

I was wondering if there was a way that I can use my wing as a wireless modem to give my laptop internet access? I had thought I heard there was a way to do it but can't seem to find any details on it.

Does anyone have a tip on how to increase the length of time your phone rings because it's almost like you have to have the thing in your hand to have even the smallest chance of answering it. And it's no better when it's in the default case T-Mobile sends with it. I know that buying another carrying case will solve that issue but please help me, if there is any help with the length of ring tone time.

hi i am thinking of getting a new phone. i switched to tmobile back in October and I've sent the samsung t629 back three times and the rizer z3 back. and now there going to resend me the samsung t629 again. so which phone is betrter for the 450 price tag the blackberry (don't know which one), the tmobile shadow,or the wing.? now i know one of the blackberry's is really hard to use and navigate. a friend of mine had one i am not sure which blackberry he work's for us cellular if that helps. so any information would be great. i use the phone for messageing, a Little surfing the web with the 5.99 t mobile web, and alot of talking with fav five. i just want a phone that does more. i was thinking of a sidekick but there kind teenager style of pho...
