forgot the pass or code, can anyone help me with this? how to retrieve deleted texts, sms, voicemails and pix from this phone? isnt there a USB cable that can be used in order to retrieve all messages that hooks into the computer to the cell? HELP!!!

i have this phone and i guess it is supposed to have a flash light but i cant figure out how to use the damned thing and yes i know user manual but i lost it so that wont help will it?

The phone looks nice but why is it only a single band phone? Virgin/Sprint do use the 800MHz band right?
