Putting Movies on Phone

I'm having trouble putting movies and Tv shows on the M1. I have converted the format to Mp4, 3gp, and 3gpp2 and all seem to get the audio perfectly but not the video! What am I doing wrong?

I think the video screen size is an important factor. I have not tried this myself yet, but it makes sense. The processor in the phone probably cant handle an oversized video.

Ya, I did adjust the video size to 320 by 240. Also tried 176x something. Still I hear only audio but no video. I had a psp and the video works on that. Still no luck with the M1. Any more ideas would be welcome.
