Has anyone heard rumors that the Ocean was being released today? True?
I've heard on a couple of different websites that the phone was coming out today. It really irritates me that the Helio website can't give an exact release date. I mean its been Spring for a while now, and Summer starts in June which is next month. So when is this d*mn phone really coming out?

well i was thinking the same. so i called helio and a rep said that the date is on may 7th. so lets see if that is true. i want this phone so bad!!

I can confirm the soft launch is May 7th. As I just came back from a pretty grueling 4 hour interview from Helios Corp offices today!!!!

Im just a guy that applied for a job at Helio. I really cant disclose who I am and who I met because I did sign an NDA as part of the interview process.
The people I met with are key figures in assisting with the launch efforts and the marketing efforts that will surround it.
Helio is gearing up and is hiring alot of people in anticipation that the Ocean will really put the company in a position to see real growth this year.
The people that confirmed this are not the sales people at the Helio store but people that work at the corp office " Helio House ".
Im just a nobody that interviewed, but my sources are reliable and pretty high up.

Sorry but I may not have answered your real question in my last reply.
The information relayed to me is that Helio will " Soft Launch " the Ocean on May 7th. I guess this means no real marketing efforts behind it but the phone will be available.
As far are a marketing blitz it seems there gearing up for the end of the month or beginning of June.
