Motorola RAZR V3xx

Anyone know how to view their email attachments? I have the MEdia Net unlimited and access my POP3 mail quite often, and when I get the paperclip beside the message, I cannot seem to find a way to view the .jpeg files. 🙄

When I do a hard reset on my phone (take out the battery) I lose all of my text messages. I also lose my speed dial settings.

Is this normal?

Anyone else having problems with it stayind in on the bottom corner? My friend and I both have this problem. Mine is not as severe, it will go down and stay for a while and not make a noise. His however, pops in and out making a very loud and annoying noise similar to the battery cover on my old Nokia 3595. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

I haven't been able to find a simple shortcut key to switch between vibrate only mode and an audible ring? My old phone has this feature and I am missing it.

Can anyone shed some light? Perhaps a Seem Edit exists to enable such a feature?

I just got this phone and love it, except... I bought it so I could download the "Hedwig's Theme" ringtone for it and I'm getting a message that it's not available. Anyone know why? Any way I can get this on my phone, through Cingular or somewhere else?

I Just got this phone a few days ago and so far, I think it's really nice. Probably the best phone I;ve had so far. Anyway, I can't seem to figure out how to put a "pause" in an address book phone nuber. There's a few numbers that I dial regularly that I would like to put the extension number in a few seconds after the number dials. Any help out there?

I have read in a few forums that a good way to help preserve the battery on the V3xx is to disable 3g. Does anyone know how to actually do this? I have went through what seems like every menu on the phone and forum on here and I cannot find the answer. Any help would be appreciated.

I am about to switch to Cingular and the V3xx phone looks good.

Questions:

1. How good is this phone in making calls especially in areas such as the mountains and deserts?

2. Is the front cover plastic or glass (as mentioned by the dealer)

3. The battery life does not look great as far as talk time is concerned. Does taking it to 2G mode help and if so how much?

4. How reliable is this phone?

so I need some help! I sent a pic to my email address that I took with my V3xx and saved it..when I go to upload the pic to my myspace page..it says the file I'm uploading is not a jpeg or gif!!..my V3 never gave me this problem! HELP PLEASE..I don't want to return this phone for that reason only!

my carrier is cingular and i currently have the sony ericsson z525. this phone is ok it does what a phone should do but im over it, and ive always wanted a razor. i just wanted to know if this phone is as great as it sounds. and also if the speaker phone stays on when the phone is flipped shut.

I know this has been talked about but, is there a way to get your pop3 mail on this phone, also do you need the software to use it as a modem.

first, i heard that the operating system on this phone is different from past razrs... what exactly is different about it? i would love if it could show me the time and date from all recent missed calls, instead of the last from that particular person. obviously, i can live without this, as i've had my current razr for over a year, but it's a nice feature i'd love to have.

second, i just want to hear about the music player compared to the sync. i thought about waiting for the iphone, but i don't have that kind of money, and all i need is about an hour worth of songs on my phone for when i go to the gym. i realize that a phone music player isn't going to have the same quality as an ipod, but i am curious about the ease and sound of the mus...

I got this phone in the gold version and its very nice. But is there anyway to brighten the outer display on the phone?

I accidentally put .wma (Windows Media Audio) files on my Motorola V3xx by mistake, forgetting to convert the audio file format to mp3's, and I tried to play them anyway, and guess what...they work!!! Not only do they work, they're clearer, crisper, and louder than the mp3 format and do not distort in the slightest bit! I HIGHLY recommend you put .wma files! Hope this helps!

Read through several threads but did not note any comment about the availability for a holster type belt clip for the V3xx..!? I checked several vendors..daydeal.com and others without finding a plastic type holster belt clip! Any suggestions!? Thanks!

Is it possible to use iSync with this operating system, or do I need to upgrade to 10.4? I can connect to the phone to transfer pictures, music, etc., but not my address book or calendar.

Can any owners of this phone confirm that it supports the Bluetooth OBEX profile out of the box?
