file transfer??
This question is for the current users of this phone.
I read about transferring contacts via bluetooth but what about transferring pictures and video and music? can you transfer pictures and video files via USB to and from the phone? and can you transfer mp3 music to the phone via USB?
I ask this cause the guy at the sprint store said you can only upload pictures to sprint website and not thru USB.

I used to work at sprint! They are just trying to sell you on the web thing. I own this phone. just hook up your usb cable it comes with and drag the pics you want to the folder that say dcim in that folder there is 2 different folders. drag them into the second one. (you'll see) that's it, even video. easy. music also just drag it into the folder that says media. easy!!!!!! Don't ask them at sprint store unless it's a teckh who knows what there talking about or just visit samsungs website

I do not understand this. I right clicked on my phone in my computer, then hit explore...i do not see either of those folders. I am trying to use music for ringers that I already have...cannot seem to get it to work.

you do not have access to the section of memory where ringers go. sprint does this on purpose to make money. it is no secret.
if you want to do this, you need to use a 3rd party web site that you can upload to, then download from. this process will allow you to make your own ringers.

Ive used many websites one of them is http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint it works fine. just read the instructions and warnings from the disclaimer.
