Verizon's W385--Don't Make the Mistake I Did
They don't tell you this when you talk about it to them. There is nothing on the website that tells you this.
For example---There is no "Smart" key on the Verizon W385. I haven't had the time to look further but I'm sure there is more. How do I know this?? Simple...I downloaded the official Motorola W385 manual (available from the Motorola website) and started looking for that Smart key.

everyone knows this. with motorolas, I would say it's a benefit. motos suck. itap sucks. drop the M and get an LG. most verizon LG's are exclusive to verizon.... LG doesn't even make a custom UI.. saving money and coming out with phones faster than other handset providers because they MAKE them for the verizon UI.
LG's have come a long way. do your research next time before calling moto corporate.
