Good for texting?
my nokia 6255 just died so i am looking for a phone that can withstand alot of texting and ive narrowed it down to this phone and the samsung r500 hue. how good is this phone on texting

I would say this phone is decent for texting, one of the reasons I bought it was because my previous phone was horrible for texting, interface was slow.
Interface is smooth and fast and you can copy and paste text and insert contact info and what not. Texting on this phone is a pleasure compared to my previous phone. Also the phone has a fairly solid feel and the keypad feels nice, it's got a rubberization to it.
A lot of people have complained of poor battery life on the Samsung R500. This phone (W385) I'd say has fair battery life. So yes, I'd say it's also good for texting.
