I already posted that the reps said the 28th online,but today when i called 2 different reps said there is NO DEFINITE DATE AT THIS MOMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!I am f__kin freakin out,verizon is such a f cked outfit,doin this sh/t to us loyal customers,f ckin bu//sh/t,,,i loooked at att and they just have so many different options its rediculous,,our verizon selection blows,,its boreing,and they wait till the very last moment to release out dated sh/t...im about to check myself into a mental ward...i have 3 lines so im kind of stuck,,,i might just bite the bullet and make the move..f_ck verizon
You need to decide why you have a cell PHONE.
Is it because you want to be able to make phone calls? VZW!
Or is it because you want a cute little gadget that is pretty, plays music, and can make an occasional phone call? Anybody else!

ATT works just fine if you need to make calls or if you need the ego stroking and ridiculously expensive iPhone.
Verizon offers "cute little gadget that is pretty, plays music, and can make an occasional phone call" as well. So, please, stop the charade already. Almost every single phone Verizon offers is all about glitter, bling and glam...texting, video, and other cute crap that most 14 year olds need.
Verizon's phone choices suck. They are falling far behind. And I am with Verizon and prefer Verizon as a company too. But at this point, I am waiting until January (tax reasons) and then I will be switching to ATT.

The reason I mentioned the cutsy stuff is that is what most AT&T fans keep bashing VZW for not having. I personally could not possibly care less if the dang thing plays music. I need a PHONE that does not drop calls, and can make calls in basements, at the bottom of a 200' cliff by the ocean, and every where else I do business in So. California.
I had WAY too many dropped calls with AT&T; they said that I should not expect to be able to make calls near water (I asked about the 3000 miles of dirt behind me...
