Maybe this thread will help with locating your Q9. If you are sure of a store where they are being sold please post the location here.
I just picked mine up at:
The ATT COR store in Arlington Texas at I-20 at Matlock in the new Highland shopping center.
They have several so if you are in that area drop by.
This device is a dream come true!

The Crossroads Mall location and the location in Midwest City are in stock. They just got them today.

dude... a couple of questions... exact price along with the bells and whistles... and how is the 3.6 3g speed on this sucker... try writing a review on here using that phone... thanks.
...
OKC doesn't have 3G yet.... We are still EDGE =(
They say they are working on the towers... blah blah blah
...
I would too, but I am too busy playing with mine. I can say the 3.5G rocks, the device is zippy as hell, and the keyboard is better than anything I've ever used and I've used them all.
...
cool... there is 3G here in Vegas... am looking forward to that...
...
now that Sandisk has an 8 gig microSD... any of you folks looking to spruce up this beast? Jawbone bluetooth headset and all? just wondering how far would any of you pimp up the phone...
...
I already bought my 6GB cause that was all that was on the market and I've got the Moto H680 headset. So far I love it and it charges on the microUSB that the Q9h does...now if I could just get the device!
...
Just got mine at the AT&T store at the Washington Square Mall in Portland, Oregon. Woohoo! I suspect the long standby time listed in the spec is using the extended battery, but I don't know for sure.

1. 300k max file size for MP3 files used as ringtones. Larger and they won't appear in the menu. This can be changed by editing the registry, which requires additional software that has been updated for Windows Mobile 6. I recompressed my ringtones at 96k to make them small enough and they still sound great. I tried a couple reg editors that did not work.
2. There are several folder locations that will work (root of the SD card, ApllicationData/Sounds, MyDocuments, and MyDocument/MyRingtones). However, for t...
