Xpress Mail? - Can anyone clarify this Prgm? & Battery Life Impact on the Q9?
I am a new forum member and about to buy a Moto Q9h this weekend; I am having a hard time understanding exactly the benefits of Xpress mail. I run a small office with one desktop PC (no Window Exchange Server); I have one POP 3 business email account & a hotmail email account.
My understanding is it Xpress Mail a type of "poor man's" Enterprise Server; e.g. it provides real-time active sync over the internet for my business POP 3 Email account and will sync all Outlook folders (Inbox, Sent, & Delete) as well as sync Outlook Contact, Calendar, & Tasks. When you change something on the Q it is changed on your PC with in a few minutes, and visa versa.
Q: is this accurate? - Real-time sync of all items with out a corporate...

It has seperate folders for delete sent and drafts than what is on the online portal. so it tracks what you do from the phone.
My pop 3 accounts I have setup kinda the same way. I have each account set to save copy of message on server. So I can download all my messages on my pc when I return to the office.
Currently I do not have my pop3 PC inbox set to sync with active sync on my phone. Mainly because I usually have no need for an email on my phone if I have recieved it on my PC first.
As for battery life, My xpress mail is set to retrieve every 30 minutes or an hour. And...
