Nokia 6110

i understand you just sold your n75 and now you have this are you looking at selling this 2 because i would deffinately want yours since i know it will work great!! 😁

question to the U.S. 6110 users...what carriers are you guys using?

I just an unlocked version today...brand new...and for some reason, it will not recognize my sim card 😢

I know, you guys probably think its the sim card...but i put it back in my old nokia and it works fine! Currently with T-mobile and living in Texas.

what do you guys think? defective phone?? just my luck i guess.... any ideas on what it could be other than a defect?? i would appreciate some help...7 days to return it i guess.

The phone accepts two types of SIMs, right? Are you using the right slot?

yes, the manual says it accepts a SIM or USIM card. Followed the directions as listed in the manually in inserting the card...fit it right into the groove, gold contact down, placed the metal snap firmly down and battery back on top...nothing. Interesting thing is that even thought the phone says 'insert sim card' when i power it up....the digital T-mobile logo appears on the screen. Does this mean it sorta can read it?? The more i think about it...the more i think i need to come to grips that it must be a defective phone i got.

i am using mine with att,i live in texas,works great,the gps is better than the n95!

ok...assuming my 6110 is defective and i have to return it...anyone mind sharing where they got their phone from and a price estimate?? Looking to get a working model soon.

i hope this is like a fluke occurence...because the phone is really cool, and i would love to get one that works! Right now i can only stare at it....really good looking phone.

i would for sure contact the company and find out if its unlocked!
