Motorola ROKR Z6m

First time posting but can use some help in regards to downloading pics and ringtones.
It works with Bell downloads, no problem but i am already registered to freeringers and although i can play the ringtones but i cannot save to apply as ringtone. Ditto for screensavers.

Can any one tell me when you download a mp3 to the phone can you use this mp3 music files as ringtones

in other words does this phone allow you to play real music as your ringtone like the nokia 6265 for metro does...

Does Motorola offer a plastic carry holster for the rokr?

that I use to could insert in a text are now in pics on the Z6m, but i can't figure out how to use them now....can someone help?

I have had a rokr for about 3 weeks now and for the life of me, I can not figure out what the " hot messages" are. It seems to me it is just a different way to send a text. I even looked in my book, but couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know???

I have the motorola phone tools and while trying to set my rokr z6m up for it....I see the z6m in the list of the cdms's, but it tells me that the com port is not connected....anyone know how to fix that? I use to use it all the time with my razor v3m, but now it won't recognize anything...it always says the com port isn't right....

Im having a problem with multimedia txt with my rokr. For instance a txt that you get that would rotate through several pictures as its playing a song I can hear the song but it wont change to the next pictures it just stays on the first one. Same thing if you go into the templates in your messages and click on multimedia templates and click on running late how it shows the rabbit running if I send it it shows up on the other phone with the rabbit running but if its sent back to me its still. Im sending this to other US Cellular customers on the same account and its working fine on their phones. Can anyone help fix this problem??

I'm totally new to this forum so bear with me. Smile I'm also not really fit with current mobile phone technology. 😕

So, I need a new phone (my current one is a T68i, yeah I know 🤭 ).

I've got a few technical questions:

1) Ring tones: Do I get to put an mp3 from my PC on the phone and use it directly as a ring tone? What does "72 chords" mean exactly? I mean, I play guitar 😉, but that only seems to add to the confusion. What does it mean when my mobile newspaper lists "48 chords"?

2) Linux-related: The review I've read says that you can use this phone as an external disk "thanks to the included software". Now, it's important that I can use it without this software (like a USB stick), or else it won'...

I was just wondering does anyone notice a low hum noise every once in a while in the ear piece when the screen lights are on when you are on the phone? Then when the screen shuts off it goes away?.....Is this normal or am i losing it? I thank you so much for your time and help everyone! 🙂

Will I be able to bluetooth ringtones to this phone from my computer? I'm with Alltel.

$229 with 2yr contract and a $50 rebate. verizon actually has some in the store already in simpsonville sc ,but it doesn't come with a case not even phone clip thats costs $19.99 extra

just got it from circuit city in Greenville SC so far so good verizon removed those ugly red bar at the top and bottom of screen. i just transferred some pics from my computer to phone using the bluetooth and there is no lag so far. i thank its going to be a great phone only time will tell.

I seen on the Info for the ROKR Z6m here on PhoneScoop, that the phone will come factory w/ game(s) already on the phone... any idea what game(s) it'll be??

I had a Motorola Q (I didn't like the phone) and it had a game on it called Bubble Breaker... I played it and became very addicted to it.

It'd be nice if the ROKR would have this same game on it!!

What are the big features of this phone that leave so many people awaiting its release? How does it compare to other phones specifically for Verizon?

I am really hoping that this will be released soon. I like the form factor and am hoping that it will fit the slider niche better than what is out there now.
