trouble viewing email attachments
I am sure there is probably a setting or something that I don't have set right, but I can't figure out where it would be. I've sent myself a couple of test email messages with attachments, one attaching a word doc, and the other attaching a picture. If I click on the attachment in the email, it doesn't do anything. If I go to the menu, there isn't any option to download the attachment or anything.
Am I missing a setting somewhere?????? SURELY you can at least view microsoft docs that are attached?

So I finally just called verizon for support, and what it comes down to is that if you are using the desktop redirector, you cannot send or receive attachments. Nice.
On a positive note, their support was great. They walked me through setting up service through the blackberry internet service and now I have no problem getting attachments. I can't believe that using the redirector won't allow you that function.
