Has anyone setup a POP3 account on this blackberry? If so. Is there a way to delete messages from the server?

This feature works very well in that you can either delete the e-mail from the devise only or both. As you execute DELETE you are given this option each time. This is helpful because then you only look at junk once.

You need to make sure you have in setup on the internet site on your computer to reconcile email.
