VZNavigator for Verizon 8830
I opened my browser on my 8830 and it saids VZNavigator is coming soon, what great news.

If you go to the Verizon wireless testman site it now shows vz navigator capabilities, it is coming soon

Navigator is now available for the 8830. Has anyone downloaded it yet? I have updated the programing and downloaded navigator twice. All i can get is the green navigator screen before it reverts back to the screen with all of my icons. I am about to call verizon again and see what is going on.

Had the same problem myself. Called verizon and they directed me to do the following:
go to options/advanced- options/applications/vznav
with the curser on vxnav, then using the bb key (one with the berries) ...go to "edit persmissions" and change "connections and Interactions to ALLOW rather than Custom.
save the change, restart the bb and That should clear it up...good luck
