Where do the keys crack?
Where on the key pad do the keys crack? Is it between each number key or does the actual keys crack individually?

Its right in the middle of each key.
in regards to them being covered. Sony Ericsson knows this is a defect in the phone and have had mine personally replaced twice under sony ericssons warranty.
another issue with this phone that i personally have had is the lights on the side for some reason decide they want to be different from each other. right now mine are red and green... both should be red.
