I talked to Motorola shortly after posting my review and they gave me a link to download Motorola Phone Tools Ver 4.5.4 and I was able to sync my contacts with outlook. The link expires in 5 days or after 5 downloads.

Sorry I can't provide the link here because they only gave itto me after they verified that I owned an older version of the software.

Is there another way to get the file? Could you post the file on an FTP server for me? Putfile.com should work.
