Does the v9 for at&t have the talking phone feature?

No. It's what I miss from my E815 from Verizon and I also miss a dedicated speakerphone button. I cannot close the phone while the speaker is on during a call or you lose the call. Those are my only 2 complaints but they are important features to me that I truly miss.
