awful battery life!!!
so Ive had this phone for two days and, Ive had to charged it 5 times, and i haven't used it like i used my V710. a full charge only last me 8 hours. is it just me or my phone or are all them the same?

have u tried fully draining the battery a couple of times then fully charging it? i dont have one of these yet, but ive read somewhere that this helps

Yes, unfortunately this phone ships with a battery that is fairly weak (770MaH?) - My v9m from Verizon lasts about a day at best. 👿

Thats what an extended battery is for. Did you get the phone for function or looks. If for function you sadly choose the wrong phone, if you were expecting long battery life. If for looks then your screwed and you did this all to yourself.

Wow, what an unintelligent post. The phone is fairly capable - and regardless of how the phone "looks" - it should hold a decent charge. Extended batteries are fine, but do make the phone bulky. It's not too much to ask to have a phone in a slim form factor and derive decent battery life out of it. 🙄

I have intermittent problems with battery life. Some possible causes:
- Leaving data guard off and the phone goes online too much
- A bug that doesn't totally power-down the external display when closed
- External keys are pressed while it's in my pocket
I should have said, those causes are possible in my mind. :-) Maybe not in reality.
