CONTACTS PROBLEM?? (VERIZON)
i was browsing through here and didnt see my problem but if i go into contact and select a contact to call i hit the send button and the text/pix messaging comes up, it doesnt call???? so if i go into the options and go to the bottom to call it will do that, but sometimes theres no call option even in there??? so when i go to contacts and select that contact to call i hit the send button and all its wanting me to do is either send a text or pix??? IS THIS A KNOWN PROBLEM???

That's a strange thing to happen, sorry to hear that it is ☹️ Haven't heard of any known issues or software updates when I last checked (2 days ago). Have you tried a programming update (*228, option 1) and basic reboot yet? If those don't work, try calling in for troubleshooting and tech support. You'll need to call from a landline to 800-922-0204. Hope it's a simple fix.
