Sanyo Katana DLX

I'm going to the Sprint store tonight and must choose between the Upstage and Katana DLX. I'm having a really hard time deciding on which to buy. Can anyone tell me if they found any MAJOR flaws with the Katana DLX? Or with the Upstage? All help would be greatly appreciated.
