How do I find my LOCK CODE?
When I try to reset factory default it asks for a lock code? Where do I find this?

The lock code to get into your security features or your master service code? The master service code isn't given to customers but any sprint corporate store will be able to help you reset your phone. Your lock code (as in on your security settings) is the last 4 of your phone number, unless you have changed it to something else.
