Sharp Sidekick LX 2007
I don't understand the keyboard
How can you have a QWERTY keyboard in between to large navigation clusters? It looks damn near impossible to type since must people who use QWERTY phone like to wrap their hands around the sides, and with this phone it doesn't look like it would work.
Granted, I've never used a Sidekick before so maybe it's easier than it looks in the photos, but jeez. I'll keep my Samsung i730 portrait keyboard thank you.

Well if you have never used it then you have no idea what you are talking about. The sidekick has one of the better keyboards I have used. The keys are spread out and easy to press if you have large fingers. Its a great keyboard.

Yeah I agree I have the LG EnV and had it for about 9 months or so. I picked up my friends SK and in 5 minutes was typing faster than I ever could on the evn. I am 6'6'' and have big fingers. The SK is an awesome txt messaging phone. When this one comes out I might even be switching to T mobile just so I can have it. Unless Verizon gets the Blackberry Edge anytime soon.

love the keyboard too! best one i have used and also once you use it for a while you get faster at it, and pretty soon you will be able to txt fast! i do!

yo the keyboard in the siddekicks are great they are not tht close as to the ones in other phone company phones.. the keyboard in the sidekick is thwe best one i have ever seen by far!!!! maybe if u use it u wouldnt be talking so bad about sidekicks

I don't personally like ne of sk... but one thing i hav to agree is that sk has "THE" best qwerty keyboard so far among with LG enV and bb curve... i use verizon bb pearl, but i have the dummy version sklx in my store... after i read your post, i played for a while with the dummy sklx keyboard... it's great keyboard... if you have a chance to use sklx, you're gonna love it, man...

I love the keyboard. I had the iD for a few weeks before the LX came out, and the plastic is just way too hard to type with. A few of the keys don't really work anymore on my old iD. My Sk2 however is fully functional. The LX is just a cross between the two and works great.

its has the best keyboard out of ANY phone out there. i owned da voyager and the bb curve and hated the keyboard on both of them. when i used my sisters lx, i fell in love wit it and is so much better than the keyboard on my sk3
