Can I use VZAccess with the Email and Web for BlackBerry plan?

Any know if I Can use VZAccess with the Email and Web for BlackBerry plan? Will it cost me anything extra?

If you have the $29.99 Email and web for blackberry, you have to add the $30 teathering feature to use VZAccess. If you have the $44.99 bb package, you have to add the $15 teathering feature. Either way its 59.99, but totally worth it.
