I'd love to know this as well, there's about a 1 second lag between the time you press the button and the time it takes the picture. Meanwhile, you've started to move the phone since the picture has remained still only to discover you have nothing but blur.

I really don't rely on my phone as a camera (I have a digital camera that takes great pictures), but it is convenient to have once in a while.

YES! My best advice and it works great for me is to set the timer to the 3 second (i think that's the default) this will greatly improve your shots, i found that i took the pic and moved the phone just slightly and it blurred a bit. Now with the timer i just wait for the tone and BAM! Great improvement! Hope this helps!
