Bluetoothing music.
Can you bluetooth music so it will go directly to the micro SD. I cant figure out how to get it to not go to the phone memory.
Question about 4gb microsd
Hi, I just bought this phone and have 2 questions.
1. is there a problem with using a 4gb microSD card?
2. Will the phone support the HC card since that's all I see when I search for 4gb microSD cards? They all say 4GB MicroSDHC.
Thanks in advance,
Bonnie

Front display options
Hello--
On my previous phone, I could activate the front display by pressing the up/down button located on the side of the phone. I just bought a SLM tonight, and the front display does not light up when I press either of these buttons. Is there a way to change this? I'd like to be able to see the time without having to open the phone. I've been playing around with the settings but cannot find a way to change it.
Thank you.

Reversed Picture
Everytime I take a picture on the SLM the image is reversed. Does anyone know how to fix this?
CN Tower/Toronto Skyline Background
Interesting that AT&T would choose the skyline of a city it doesn't even serve as the background for one of its new handsets. Maybe this has something to do with AT&T pushing for the lifting of foreign ownership restrictions in Canadian telecom....or maybe I'm just reading into it too much and whoever took these stock photos thought Toronto was a pretty skyline 🙂

Anyone else have this happen?
I just purchased a SLM from AT&T, and the caller on the other end sounds like they are on speakerphone. I didn't have that issue with my last phone (Cellular One Sony Ericsson 580i).
Anyone else experience this??

over in the "Video Tour: Samsung SLM" discussion:
SLM
The analysis in the video is spot on. Samsung mounts their internal antenna assembly in the bottom of the phone, where most people hold it when talking, so that moderate interference may affect signal strength. Couple of neat extras that I found in the box: a 512MB micro SD and a 3.5mm headphone jack adapter.
Not a Replacement for the A717
I atteneded a meeting with the Samsung Rep for the Mid-West Region and he told me that even though the A717 is indeed EOL (End of Life) the SLM is its own line

SLM?
What kind of stupid name is that? It's even lazier than RAZR. SLM isn't even 4 letters. 😛
