That is true. They have a few decent phones. 1 from Nokia, 2 from Samsung, and 2 or 3 from Motorola. They have no contract with LG or Sony-Ericsson. Otherwise hardly anything worthwhile except for their customer service.

Simply wrong.
This phone is a replacement for the t219, which is a simple entry-level model. The replacement, of course, will be entry-level as well. I know we are all high tech freaks on here, but many people just want a phone to make calls with. I will give you this though, the phone is hideous.
