3 env2 in 25days wtf is happening
I've had 3 phones. july5, july15,july25.
dont recv all my TXT/IM/phone calls(all 3)
powercycles when on calls (1st and 3rd)
when recv more than 1 IM from different users it power cycles (all 3)
periods of random data sessions that prevent me from getting calls and accessing mobile web (all 3)
called tech went through the motions, no one can get me a str8 answer as to my problem.
anyone experience any of these issues or have any suggestions besides throwing the phone into a tree shredder?

My wife and I have been using our enV² phones since the last week of April.
I've read jusat about all of the posts here and on HoFo and have never seen one like yours.

yeah thats not write. do you get it replaced at the same store? this might sound crazy, but they might have gotten a bad batch of them. i have sold a ton of em and never had anyone come back with a problem. maybe go to a different store if one is close by, or call cs and have them mail you one.

I've had to exchange mine once for a bad ear piece. it was super quiet. All I can say is that sounds like a string of bad luck. I work in warranty for a different provider and I can say not ALL phones are bad! I love my replacement and have absolutely no problems. You should keep your faith in this phone, it's amazing if you get a working one.
