😁 😁
i'm very excited about this phone. it looks rad!

Hm... I think if you guys end up seeing it in person you might think the shape is a little less appealing. ;)
Just my $0.02...

I dunno, I think it looks odd but nice. I liken it to something ugly but you like. The old AMC Gremlin comes to mind. I think it will sorta grow on ya.

I can't wait to see one in person neither. It looks odd to me too and I am wondering about holding it up to talk how I will like it. But I use my bluetooth alot so will use it to but I am going to want to pull that purple phone out of my purse and show it off. LOL!

It's different and that's what cell phones are all about. Being different in this mixed up world of cell phones. I sell Sprint and I am excited to get something that is not like the others.
...
me too!!! sprint has had some lame phones for some time now. its nice that they are getting in the grove and showing us some style, and not just another flip sanyo. maybe ill get some new acts out of it.i hope so, our store is sooooo slow. lets hope these new phones will bring in the people. 😉

I'm somewhat surprised that you feel Sprint, of all the US wireless carriers, is the one that has lame phones. I think if you took a look at the other carriers' offerings to their customers you'd be surprised just how cutting edge Sprint actually is.

i was working for verizon, and i still think verizon has some of the best phones. they come out with a ton of new phones all the time. when i first started to work for sprint there wasnt one phone i was really diggen. 😎 but now with this new batch, i think sprint has picked it up. i love my new lotus. still not sure i like the sprint one click but i love the phone. i wish the cases will come out soon. i hate finger prints all over my stuff. 😕

Another thing to consider is what your phone can actually do on a particular wireless carrier's system. For years now I have enjoyed complete access to the internet thanks to Sprint. Verizon however, as much as they like to play up their network in their commercials, haven't always given their users access to the ENTIRE internet on their system. They released statements saying they're changing this. I don't know if they have. I don't have Verizon. But then again in their commercials they've said a lot too, that hasn't always been 100 percent true.

after using the samsung a920 for the last 2yrs i've learned my lesson about judging based on looks. my a920 crashed 2 months ago so sprint replaced it with the sanyo m1. these phones were released at the same time. i chose the a920 over the m1 when they came out. after seeing wat this phone can do i wish i could find another one to have for back up lol. my point is i don't like the keyboard on the lotus and i hope the phone isn't to wide other than that i'm gonna try it.

I had a Samsung A900 and I really liked it, though there were some bugs in the software AND there's no Mac support whatsoever. Sadly there's no Mac support with any LG phones either.
My samsung lasted over 2 1/2 years until I lost it, while walking the dog two weeks ago, and it was still going strong. Overall I've had good experiences with Samsung phones in general, I hope I will be able to say the same thing for LG.
