From what I understand it should be pantech's OS which is very smooth and responsive. Their newer phones have been relatively impressive. They tried the windows mobile experiment and it failed so it'll probably be a while before we see another pantech windows mobile device. 🙂

I had their first windows pantech smartphone and it was just awful. The phone was fun but then it stopped being able to make calls.
