Motorola i576 / i576s

I like this phone well enough, but I only use it like a phone, so I'm easy. Is there anyway to make the display less bright so when I open it at night or driving I'mj not blinded for 15 nminutes ?? What is that all about. I've had less candle power headlights in my car.

This is my next phone. I was going to go with the iden curve but it's not Mill spec, which is pretty lame imo.
