Using the Samsung i700 to connect with laptop computer

Does anyone know how to use the Samsung i700 to connect my laptop computer to the internet. I don't have a landline and would like to use my Samsung i700 as a modem to connect my laptop computer.

I currently use my i700 as a modem to connect my laptop computer with a USB cable, but I can't figure out how to get my socket bluetooth sdio to do so wirelessly. the activesync works seamlessly. Please post response.
