Sprint I700, when??
Does anyone have an idea when the samsung I700 will be out on the Sprint network. I thought it was supposed to be released last August and Sprint said that it would be released around last October. I really want that phone and Verizon coverage leaves a little to be desired in this area. Someone please help. Thank you

I am doing the exact same thing as you in waiting for this phone for Sprint. Nobody has told me anything and I check this site daily to see if status has changed. I will say that the Sprint store near me is now acknowledging that the phone will be available soon, just not when.

Does anyone have any news on this phone? I think we are all getting the run around...from what I have gathered, this phone was supposed to be out Q4 of 2003 and here we are almost into the second quarter of 2004. I have e-mailed Sprint and they say they can't release any of that information until the "launch!" I went by my Sprint store and they say they are getting in a bunch of new phones in April and May so maybe then. I won't hold my breath! I am really tired of my Hitachi g1000! It's way too big and cumbersome and I have to re-start it at least once every other day. I hear this Samsung does everything the Hitachi does but is way smaller and better reception. If anyone has any news, I would certainly appreciate it!!
