Phone turns off

I have used the 6340i for about 1 year. Lately, the phone seems to turn itself off by itself. Anyone have a similar problem?????

I too have had the same problem with my phone. This phone has given me soo many problems and it seems that no one wants to help me with them. Also ringtones are extremely hard to find for this phone. 😢
