im confused i updated my phone but still no MMS capibility...did I miss something?

I did the same and I also don't have mms yet. I even rebooted the phone to make sure the update was implemented and still nothing.

Ok another question. It sends but I can't receive. Is it because the sending person is on verizon? That would be ridiculous I can however send a picture and video to myself and that works

verizon cant send pictures to AT&T, it always came up with an error from verizon saying it was undeliverable. not with at&t it works perfectly.
send it to an AT&T customer and it should work flawlessly.

Just now active. Click on you text message button and then select new. You will see a camera about mid page. Click on that and you have the option to either take a photo and send it or use on already on your phone.
