Can I use the USB interfact to reconfigure some lists and move ones low in the list closer to top?

The PC Suite just became available on the website. You can download the Impact PC Suite from;

it is under the Quick Links list, just click on it and it will bring up the download site and all the answers to your question about features to be synched.
As for the other questions, I have no idea yet, I haven't played with the device and don't plan on owning one myself, though a close friend is considering buying one and I may get to play with their one.

I don't have my phone in hand yet (order due tomorrow) but for the past five phones I have owned, changing things like default call tone, vibe mode on/off, message tone, and volume for all or each (varies by phone) is all under ringer profiles. Even the phone I had six years ago had that feature, so I'd think that the Impact should have at least a main profile, silent, office/theater, and outdoor mode. Hope this helps!
