Motorola Droid
MY APOLOGIES IN ADVANCE.
i know this might make some people angry but after months of complaining to verizon about how crappy the droid is and after threating to leave they gave me the droid 2 completley free, i did not receive the phone yet as they said they would be out of replacement droid 2's for the time being, but i should have the droid 2 soon enough and will leave a full report device after a few days of ownership, so look for it.

I find it amusing that you think anyone on this forum gives two ****s about your review of the Droid 2. Do us all a favor and post your (unbiased, i'm sure) reviews in the trash.

I guess to some extent it stinks that you get a brand new phone, free, but on the other hand, this is much more in line with the customer service experience that most of us experience from Verizon, than the things you have constantly whined about. Although I will say that when you are constantly whining, the CSR can see that in the history notes, and is far less likely to be accommodating if and when you DO have a problem. But it is further proof that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.
In any event, with all the problems you had with multiple OG Droids, I find myself mostly surprised that you would both locking yourself into ANOTHER contract with a company you claim ma...

mupi, you should read alittle more carefully, this is a factory replacement droid 2, the phone is not brand new and i did not extend my contract, i was persistant in complaining about the problems of the originall droid (very persistant), ive also been a customer of verizon for 8 yrs now, not to mention the fact its kinda sad that the droid 2 just came out and their already returns on the phone, i remain hopefull but skeptical, the droid 1 was such a dissapointment the droid 2 would have to be a diamond in the ruff to redeem motorola. but ill be sure to leave a very non-partisen review, be sure to tune in!!! 😉

most CLNR actually never see customers. (at least to start) They are phones that fail QA initially so they're taken apart and fixed. Since they are not right off the line, they can't be sold as new, but they're not returned phones all the time.
